Shipping Costs

How is shipping costs?

Interior products: free shipping on orders over $250 CAD.
Sky Top series (oversized items): shipping cost shown at checkout—free delivery only if you're in Saskatoon.

Warranty

What is my warranty service?

We offer a one-year warranty of our Sky Top. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, exposure to abnormal environments and chemicals, or any other misuse or alteration of the product.This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return and get a refund?

Customer responsible for paying return shipping.A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.There is a 30% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.We cannot take back installed or tried parts.We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.If you encounter any issues with your Sky Top within the warranty period, please contact us for warranty service. We will assess the problem and provide the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part.

Order Deposit

Can I get my order deposit back?

For custom orders & factory orders, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This deposit covers the initial costs of materials and labour for your Sky Top.Custom orders & factory orders are made to your specifications; therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded once the production process has begun.

Insurance Purchase

How do I purchase insurance?

If a customer wishes to purchase shipping insurance, they must proactively contact our sales staff for the purchase. We do not actively promote or market any insurance to our customers.

Assistance with Claims

Will you assist with the claim?

We will make every effort to assist customers by providing the necessary information to contact the logistics company for filing a claim. The final compensation amount awarded by the logistics company is determined solely by them, and customers may decide whether to use such compensation on our platform for purchasing new replacement parts.
