Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

· For interior products, shipping is free on orders over $250 CAD.

· For our Sky Top series, since these are oversized items, shipping costs are calculated separately. You can check the estimated shipping cost in your cart before checkout. However, if you are located in the Saskatoon area, we offer free local delivery to your door.

· In the future, we plan to expand our free shipping coverage to more regions across Canada.

 

Order Processing

· Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

· Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

· We primarily ship via Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.

 

Shipping Limitations

· We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

· We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

· International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer direct shipping to additional countries in the future.

Customers outside Canada may choose to use a third-party parcel-forwarding service that provides a Canadian shipping address (e.g., Reship or ShipByMail). Any forwarding beyond the Canadian address, as well as any related fees, delays, customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions, are solely the customer’s responsibility. Pan Star Motor Parts is not affiliated with or responsible for any third-party forwarding services.

· Deliveries to remote areas such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may incur additional shipping surcharges due to limited courier availability.

 

Backorders and Factory Orders

· If an item is out of stock, it will be specially ordered from our overseas factory.

· Factory production typically takes about 10 business days, followed by 30–40 days for shipping.

· To maintain inventory efficiency, we place bulk orders monthly from our factory.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

· Standard ground shipping generally takes 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on your location.

· Ground shipping and oversized-item deliveries are not guaranteed and may experience delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.

 

Oversized Items

· Items classified as oversized may be subject to additional shipping charges.

· If your order includes oversized items, we will contact you before shipping to obtain approval for any additional fees.

 

Shipping Insurance and Damages

· Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance. To request insurance, please leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.

· Please note that shipping-related damage is not considered a product defect, and Pan Star Motor Parts is not responsible for such damage once the package has been handed over to the courier (except as required by applicable law).

· If your item is damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

· We will make every effort to assist customers by providing the necessary information to contact the logistics company for filing a claim, but final compensation is determined by the courier service provider.
