Thank you for shopping at PAN STAR MOTOR PARTS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)
Products that are specially customized or made-to-order (including custom car sofas and automotive furniture) are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as ordered, please contact us and we will make it right.(See “Defective or Incorrect Items” below.)
Refunds
Refunds are available only for approved eligible returns under this policy. Custom / Made-to-Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective large items (such as transparent hardtops) to cover handling and processing costs.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped to a designated Canadian return facility, which will be provided upon approval of your return request.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Please email info@panstarmotorparts.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided Canadian return address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
3. Inspection: We will inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund if eligible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@panstarmotorparts.com within 30 days of receipt. Provide photos of the defect or error for verification. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please report it within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.
